Our Aims

The aims of the Great Date Date Company are very simple.

• To provide you with a comprehensive directory of dating services and events in the Leeds and Yorkshire area.
• To create a community of local singles online and to extend your social circle as well as increase your opportunities for developing friendships and maybe more.
• To help you through the WHOLE process of dating, not just palm you off on the nearest person (unlike some dating services in the area).
• To try and ensure that we ALL have a little fun on the way!

Our Background

The Great Date Company is the creation of Liz Cable, a single mum with a background in training, coaching, events organisation and management.

Having spent seven years in the dating game after a marriage break-up, Liz tried everything from online dating to expensive match-making services, plus every kind of singles club in between. She realised there is a gap in her home town of Leeds, for a service that provided all of this and more.

Now after the Great Date company stalled at the end of last year due to other aspects of Liz's business really taking off, we are back on the case.

Liz and the team (Joe, Graeme and Sharon) are working around the clock to develop the Great Date Company's directory of worth while affiliates, ready to give you the summer that will kick-start your social life once more!
